How does receipt forwarding work?
In the app, open your household’s forwarding address and copy it. Forward any order or receipt email to that address. ecohome reads the email and adds the items it finds to your inventory.
Can I store paper receipts and warranty cards?
Yes. Take a photo or scan the document in the app and save it to the item. Manuals and warranty terms can be stored the same way.
Where do I find my receipts later?
Open the item to see its receipt and documents, look in My Documents for everything you’ve saved, or ask the assistant, for example “show my receipt for the vacuum”.
Can my family use the same receipts?
Yes. Invite household members and everyone works from the same inventory, receipts and documents.
Does it work on a computer?
Yes. Sign in at web.ecohome.one with the same account you use in the app.
Will ecohome remind me before a warranty expires?
